2009 Day Seventy Six

Yesterday I went to the doctor and the news was not good. It's back to the strict regiment life. I know I must do this or face the consequences down the road. So here I am day 2.

Food journal: Breakfast: 1 cup ruby red grapefruit. Snack: 3/4 cup almonds. Lunch: Leftover Thai noodle salad (1 cup) Snack: Sugar Free jello. Dinner: corned beef hash and 2 eggs and toast glass of milk.

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill....200 points down....105 to go....

They sent the wrong person home on Idol.

Keep you the great work! We're here to support you. I think it's fabulous that you're doing 30 minutes on the treadmill. That's where I really shortchange myself - on exercise.

Someday I get to much of hurry to comment and for reason your posting didn't show up.
I'm sorry to hear your doctor visit didn't go well but it better to know the truth so you can get handle on things.
I have a hard time with food journals.
