It is 1 degree outside this morning. Too cold to even think about going to work. But work I must go. I have a 4 day weekend ahead of me.
It was a very productive day. My shoulder and neck didn't really start to ache until late afternoon. My boss, Linda, is a genius. Her advise to ice my shoulder really helped overnight.
I also found a new doctor today. My first appointment is March 17. Its a vacation day for me so no problem going. I need to get my diabetes back under control. I also need to fix this tendinitis before I go crazy.

Have you considered a chiropractor? I swear by the ones that use the Palmer method. It may not always be the solution; however it is a viable option to think about before surgery. If they can't offer some improvement after a few visits, you can always go for another approach.
There I go; blah, blah, blah-ing again!

One of my friends been having trouble with her diabetic and the doctor told her to stay off her feet.
I heard by Tuesday it should be in the 50's and that doesn't hurt my feeling.
Coffee is on.
I wish I could send you some warmer weather. I have been trying all month.
