Friday

I woke up an hour early so I could finish the deviled eggs that I took for the potluck. During our team meeting we had our white elephant gift exchange. Kim ended up with the gift I brought and she was happy with it. I stole a candle set that Amanda had chosen. It was fun. Holly will be gone all next week on vacation. The systems went down about 10 minutes before I was ready to go home. Perfect timing I would say.

After work I went to Bed Bath & Beyond and picked up the Sliders Moving set to help with the furniture moving we are going to do this weekend. M hooked up the new tv and the picture is awesome!

Friday's Feast One Hundred & Seventy One
Appetizer
What was the last game you purchased?
Call Of Duty 4 (For Michael)
Soup
Name something in which you don’t believe.
I don't believe I will ever reverse my diabetes, even if I lose weight or excercise intensely, I think it will be with me forever. It has forever changed my life.
Salad
If you could choose a celebrity to be your boss, who would you pick?
Oprah Winfrey - Definitely!
Main Course
What was a lesson you had to learn the hard way?
I lost my very best friend and learned a very good lesson. Never tell your best friend that her boyfriend is cheating on her. She will never believe you and your friendship will be destroyed. Even if you can prove it. Just keep it to yourself.
Dessert
Describe your idea of the perfect relaxation room.
Soft colors, such as moss green or lavendar; Soft New Age music; Overstuffed comfortable furniture, candles and fireplace aglow, good books to read and my love home with me and the pups to complete the perfect time and place.

That is a hard lesson - about the "friend" who won't believe her boyfriend is cheating. She should be mad at him. I like your dessert!

That was a good "Friday's Feast". I enjoyed reading it. I'm sorry to hear you have diabetes. My husband is a diabetic and takes 3 insulin shots a day. It is a terrible disease.
