2008 Day One Hundred Twelve

It is sunny this morning but with a few flurries here and there. It will become to warm to snow today.

Yesterday was a little disappointing. I sold 3 necklaces. Only 4 people showed. But on the upside the display was incredible. We now know when we do this again, maybe at a craft show where we have an audience that is there to look and buy, we will know how to set up. It was fun and we laughed and talked all day.

Today is house chore day. Laundry, floors, dusting and all that kind of stuff. I do plan on fitting in some beading, movie watching, NASCAR race watching and visiting with my sister-in-law and her husband.

6:01 pm - It is snowing. I guess I lied when I said it was going to be too warm to snow. No NASCAR race to watch today, did not do any beading but did visit with M's sister and husband. And I did get my craft room cleaned up and organized just to be messed up again.

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Another work week ahead. Wishing you peace and love.

Hi Linda,

I know how disappointed you must have been that no more people showed up for the jewelry show, but at least you sold 3 out of 4 people.

I know you were not disappointed that it was too warm to snow, lol.

I got to wear my necklace you made me to church this morning. I had Ed take my picture so I could show you how nice it looks. I'll try to send it to you via email one day soon.

Have a good week.

Good Afternoon, Linda.

I am having a very good Sunday, thank you for wishing me such!

I echo Betty's first paragraph, and add that you also got the plus of knowing how to set up your display in a pleasing way - and of laughing and enjoying the day, which, after all, is one of life's great pleasures.

The weather here is typically atypical. Life in the Southern Appalachians!

sorry you didn't sell more but it sounds like it was a good experience none the less.
Hope your week is good
