Stopped and got a few things from Safeway on my way home. M is home with me today since this is his day off. I made chicken stir fry for dinner. We watched Kitchen Nightmares and then Oprah. All about Bob Green's Living Our Best Life. It made me want to get to back to going to the gym and start eating right again. I have to keep remembering to set small goals a little at a time.

Monday: Chicken Stir Fry over rice
Tuesday: Chicken enchiladas
Wednesday: Chef Salad
Thursday: Breakfast
Friday: Tuna Sandwiches and Tomato Soup
Saturday: Fish tacos
Sunday: Steak, Baked Potato and salad

Pretty healthy looking menu for the week. As for me, I'm counting WW points again hoping to loose a few pounds.
Again, nice pictures. I love visiting you if for no other reason than to look at the pictures.
Mmm, that all looks good. Now I'm hungry.
